“The _____ Will Not Be Televised.”

“The _____ Will Not Be Televised” (2023) is a site-specific installation piece that features multiple video channels projection mapped onto a cluster of boxes.

The artwork features video footage of individuals trapped, juxtaposed with static flashes and text. The work emits a dystopian atmosphere, questioning the authenticity of the images. Are they live or pre-recorded?

In an age of endless information readily available, the seemingly limitlessness breadth of access is questioned. The artwork touches on themes of what privacy means in the new digital age of sharing and the fear of constant broadcast.
