Unfortunately it is still built to early ‘50s standards – with only stairway access.

Welcome to Heartbreak Fest!
Join us from June 21st to 23rd, 2024, as we celebrate The Caballeros’ 15-year anniversary with a three-day extravaganza of music and mayhem! In partnership with us, we’re transforming unused Perth CBD spaces into pop-up venues for unforgettable performances.
Friday kicks off with punk legends Mach Pelican, The Cavemen from Auckland, local heroes Zerodent, and The Caballeros. Saturday features Jonathan Toubin’s Soul Clap and Dance Competition, Wesley Fuller Band, and Bunbury rockers The Satisfaction. The grand finale on Sunday is a wild winter boat party with DJ Jonathan Toubin, The Cavemen, and The Caballeros.
